Submenu not opening on mobile device

  • Since a few days my menu isn’t working anymore on mobile devices. There is no problem on desktop computers and laptops. I’m using the Journalistic theme.
    On another site I had the same problem. On this site I disabled the menu and installed the ShiftNav plugin. This plugin now shows the menu, as well as on desktops as on mobile devices. I prefer not to use this plugin, I rather use the default menu of the Journalistic theme.

    I installed all the updates of the plugins and theme I’m using.

    Can anyone tell me what I can do to solve this problem ?
