Submenue doesn't work on PC neither Mobile

    Since the last Update I can’t Access the submenues on mobile devices and over all on PC.

    This is the page: https://www.matcom.at/wordpress. There is a Submenue behind “Thermomix” / “Koch mit Moni” / “über mich”

    I already tried a custom link using a # in front of the submenue Name (see latest Support in this Forum) but it did not Change anything.

    Is there a way to get back to the previous Version? Is there an update planed to fix this problem regulary?

  • Parent menu items can not link anywhere. If they do, then submenus will not open. Instead, you will be redirected to the parent menu item link.

    That’s why I suggested using the number sign “#” instead of an actual URL.

    Create a Custom Link in the Menus admin page and use “#” as a URL.

    There was a bug that was causing issues with the menu on mobile devices so it was redesigned. The redesign required that parent menu items no longer contain live links.
