Submenus in Make too fast on tablet

Dear Make developers

I am quite new to wordpress and it goes well until so far. There remain two issues though, which I find problematic. I added several submenus to the main subject ‘werk’ (work). When I click an option from my android tablet the submenus disappear within the second. That makes viewing the required gallery page almost inmpossible. How can I solve this ( I am not a website code specialist!)On my desktop it all works fine.
The other issue is the following: when I click an individual picture in the standard WordPress photo gallery it shows some exif data. When they don’t include any data it shows: ‘technische details’ in the footer area. Is it possible to manage Make so that these words do not show?
