• I create a menu, but I need to work with submenus using the post categories and subcategories.

When I create the submenu, it shows up, but when I click on it says “Sorry, No Posts Found”.

In order to make it work, I create a page and add a post masonry element, and then create the submenu with a page instead of a category.

I am working with Divi Extra Theme.

Any ideas on making this subcategory menu work to avoid creating 50 additional pages?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

“No Post Found” just means what it says: there’s no post in that particular (sub)category. So there’s nothing to display.

Make sure to add a post to the (sub)category in question, and it should just work.

That is what I did, but it seems not to work

The DTF Category has 7 posts.

Then I used this category on the submenu

and this is what it comes out when I click the button in the menu

Since that is a commercial theme, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best: https://www.elegantthemes.com/contact/

Forum volunteers do not have access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working correctly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you, but your best bet is your product’s developer. We encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.
