    Hi,
have a strange problem with Registrationmagic plugin on my WP website. I made all updates form WP and for plugin. Using version WP 6.0 and Registrationmagic plugin 5.1.6.3. PHP version 7.4.

Problem is about body of – “New Submission Email Body (To Admin) (Mail Merge and HTML Supported)”
    https://registrationmagic.com/knowledgebase/email-templates/#htsubmitemailbody

    In my configuration
Form -> Dashboard -> Email Templates in a field “New Submission Email Body (To Admin)(Mail Merge and HTML Supported)” I’m using {{SUBMISSION_DATA}}.

But when I sent submission by form on website on my admin e-mail notification I don’t getting all form data, but is filled by text from Form -> Dashboard -> Autoresponder.

Looks like placeholder {{SUBMISSION_DATA}} not work and also not working default option to send all form data to admin by e-mail.

    Looking forward for fast answer.
    Thank you,
    Patrycja

    Hi again,

coming back to the issue. It could be important. I’m using web-broswer and web-based post client from my Zenbox Hosting. When I switch e-mail view for HTML I can read content from {{SUBMISSION_DATA}} when I switch view for TEXT I can read only content which I filled in Autoresponder option. Two different content in the same e-mail. It’s possible that e-mail view depends of mail client?

I made a hack and “by hand” filled autoresponder answer by all forms fields. So in that way I can see all form files in autoresponder e-mail copy, but I think it’s no elegant way.

Sending you backend login details for website via e-mail [email protected]

Looking forward for some news and best,
    Patrycja
