Submission and voting without login/registration

I‘m currently evaluating different systems/plugins for user-suggested ideas.

Is it possible with this plugin (or the pro-Version) to disable the registration/login which is required if you want to vote or suggest a topic?

I really would like (and need for our new WP-based Website) a solution where not-registered users can vote and suggest topics/feature requests, as we want to be platform open for everyone so we don’t wan‘t that everybody needs to be registered as it reduces the interaction too much.
Maybe the submitted feature requests could be approved by Moderators if possible to prevent spam on the page itself, the voting accuracy isn‘t that much important for our platform.
