Submission Captured in LeadIN, but not in Gravity Forms

    We’ve got LeadIN and GravityForms set up. The odd thing is that there are contacts showing up in LeadIN that are not in the Gravity forms “entries”. This doesn’t happen on every contact, but on occasion it does.

    ALSO, the notifications that should send via gravity forms (to the same contact) did not send.

    Is there a setting that I missed?
    Is there a plugin conflict?
    Is the server needing attention?
    Has anyone else noticed this?

  • Hi Sean,

    What you might be seeing here is due to the Collected Forms tool in Leadin, the one that makes it possible to capture a copy of submissions on existing website forms, it captures a copy of the data on the form the moment the submit button is pressed on the form. The caveat here is that it captures a submission any time the submit button is pressed. You will likely find that the contacts that are showing up in Leadin did not submit all the required info on the Gravity Form meaning Gravity Form rejected the submission but Leadin would have capture the submission regardless.
