    Dear Support,

I created a form and each new entry I will receive email but it doesnt seems to submit into the submission database.

Under Forminator, i go to submission and only message i get is >

“You haven’t received any form, poll or quiz submissions yet. When you do, you’ll be able to view all the data here.”

Ive checked all options is correct. The email i received also shows #0.

    Kindly assist.

  • Hi @nicholaswhj

You mentioned seeing #0 and that reminded me of this recent post by Adam @wpmudev-support8

Hopefully the instructions here are pertinent to solving your error: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/submission-stats-missing/#post-16031269

    Hi @aakash8 ,

Thank your for reply. The #0 is not a big issue. The big issue is it does not record in database. When i go to submission, its empty inside.

While the “#0” in the email isn’t an issue, it’s a clue as to what the underlying cause of the forms not being saved to the database may be.

The user in the thread I linked had similarities to your issue:
    – “#0” in the email
    – Data not being saved to the database

So I think the suggestion linked above may be worth checking out.

I’d also check for a potential plugin conflict by disabling all plugins besides Forminator, switching to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty Two, and trying a form submission.

    Hi @nicholaswhj,

Please do let us know how it behaves with all plugins deactivated, as suggested in the previous response. If you still face the same issue, we would also like to have access to the form export.

Please check the following doc on how to export a form:
    https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#import-export

If you are concerned about any sensitive information in the form, then you can duplicate your form, remove any sensitive information, and then export it.

You can share the export file via Google Drive, Dropbox or any cloud services in the next reply.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Kind Regards,
    Nithin

    Hello @nicholaswhj ,

We haven’t heard from you for a week now, so it looks like you don’t need our assistance anymore.
Feel free to re-open this ticket if needed.
    Kind regards
    Kasia
