Submission form not working

    Hello,

    I have installed the plugin but when clicking the form button nothing is happening

    You can see on this picture :

    When I click the button

    Nothing happens but i can see this errors on the google console dev :

    I installed as mentionned on the extension page and i filled in the correct mails on the woocommerce settings page…

    Any clue please ?
