When we do Submission exports as CSV file, the {submission_id} is being omitted from the CSV file. Is there any way we can include that also in the Export list. The Submission ID is key field that helps us track the entry when it is processed by others in the workflow.

Any support to add that {submission_Id} and similar system fields would be HUGELY HELPFUL.

    Thank you.

    Hi @rpalex

I hope you are doing well.

I am afraid we can’t include the ID in the CSV file, but I can confirm we have this feature requested and I let our developers know you are also looking for it, I hope we can implement it in the future.

    Hi Pat,

Thanks for the update. Yes, I would think that’s definitely a must have feature for anyone using the plug-in. I hope it will be implemented soon.

    Thank you.

Perhaps while you are working on the ID field, it would be really helpful if you add the capability for Developers to take values from couple of form field plus sequential numbers or acronyms from Name field etc and append them together to create UniqueID for the submissions.

Secondly, if you can have a different sequential number for each form, that would also be helpful. Right now if we have three forms, the three forms just continuously use the next available number as the ID, but that creates gaps in the entries for each form. We can never use the UID to determine exactly how many true submissions are there for that particular form. so it would be helpful, if each form maintains it’s own numbers.

    Form 1 could have submissions 1, 2, 3 ,4 …
    Form 2 could have submissions 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, … etc.
Perhaps formID+a number would be fine such as…

    Form 1 could have submissions 2763-1, 2763-2, 2763-3, 2763-4 …
    Form 2 could have submissions 2764-1, 2764-2, 2764-3, 2764-4, 2764-5, 2764-6, … etc.
    where 2763 & 2764 are the FormIDs.

    Thank you.
