    Hi,

Submissions were all working fine but now they are either not arriving in my admin email or they are ending up in my spam folder. I am using a gsuite account for my business email (admin email).

For example, the test email from the following thread ended up in my spam: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/form-entry-saved-message-and-slow-url-redirect/

But a client email (gmail) didn’t arrive at all (but showed up in my submissions) – very concerned I’ll miss more client enquiries.

    Any help much appreciated.

    Raini

  • Hi Raini,

Have you tried configuring an SMTP to handle your emails, this should stop them from ending up in spam folder when trusted email service is used.
You can try out a plugin like https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/ to set up SMTP on your site.

It’s possible that caching is interfering with the submissions and causing them not to go through, can you try editing your form, go to Behavior tab and at the end you will see “Load form using AJAX” option.
Enable it and see if the issue is gone after that.

Let us know how it goes.

    Cheers,
