Are those notifications set to use “conditions”? By this I mean that they are sent or not depending on the choices made via checkboxes and/or select fields in the form?
If yes, then this is related to recently identified issue in the plugin. Our developers are already working on a fix but for now solution would be as follows:
1. edit all the checkbox/select fields on form and make sure that their options’ values (values, not labels!) are all lowercase and don’t include special characters; for example: if currently option value is “Calibration” it should be set to “calibration”; once that’s done – update (save) the form
2. then update all the “conditions” for fields that have visibility set to depend on those fields and for e-mail notifications; when you check these conditions they’ll at first appear as if they are still set correctly but they are not – so just set them again as you need them to be and update the form again.
It should start working fine again after that. Our Forminator Team is already working on a fix for the issue to be included in one of nearest releases but for now this will be a quick solution (it will not affect fix too so it’s fine to keep it applied and it won’t be necessary to revert it once fix is released).
