Submission not working

    Hello Josie–I have run into a problem with deleting and resubmitting images. When I log in as a user, and go to my uploads page, I have four images with up to eight allowed. When I delete one image, there are then five slots available. When I submit an image at that point, about 9 times out of 10, the image will appear to upload, and when I click submit, the image disappears and nothing has changed. It does seem to work occasionally. If I just keep adding images it seems to work fine, but if I delete one and then add one the change does not occur. If you could help I would be most appreciative — I would be happy to supply logins. Thanks!!!

    Seems to be working ok now — maybe a temporary server issue? While I’ve got you, do you know what typical upload resolutions are used by clubs? Obviously, judges’ monitor resolutions vary, and the club president wants to specify dimensions for 1920 pixel width monitors, while I’m inclined to design for 1440 pixel width monitors. Any wisdom on this?

    Ir it happens again, check your javascript console to see if there are any useful messages. Deletion is a different situation depending on whether you had already submitted the deleted image or not — you were not clear on that.

    Re monitor sizes: I assume you are talking about ewz-rating. If the judge only has one monitor, you need enough width for the image plus the scoring window. We currently require judges to have a minimum resolution of 2000 pixels wide, 1280 pixels high. Then we set the max upload parameters at 1920 wide and 1080 high.
