Submission replaces that person in my CRM

Hi there,
I recently installed this plugin and it is working great. However – I just ran into an issue.
If I already have a lead in my system with an email address of – say [email protected]
Now if this person goes to my website…and rather than calling for an update or what not…they decide to submit the form with [email protected] again as the email.
Currently I am transferring the “comments” from my form into my “description” field in zoho.
By them submitting the form again, it is erasing all of the notes I had previously in my description field and replacing it with whatever the new submission was.
Any help with this?
