Submission summary on page top

Hi!
Thanks a lot for this fantastic plugin.
I have just two smal problems.
When i submit the form the summary turns upp in the wery top of the site instead of where the form was placed.

The other problem is the characters. I’ve changed the utf8 to latin1 but the text is stil unreadable when i write in swedish.

text CHARACTER SET latin1 COLLATE latin1_swedish_ci NOT NULL

What do i do wrong?
