Submission Text Area Not Displaying!

Have we verified that the textarea is at least being created in the DOM, and is perhaps being hidden accidentally by CSS? Or does it not show up at all when viewing the page source or viewing via browser inspector tools?

I’m not able to tell if the DOM is being created. There area number of CSS errors.

Doesn’t look like it. I suspect it should be underneath the list of steps. CSS errors aren’t the issue, in this case. Filing the issue for this.

Is this still a lingering issue?

Also remind me again if the huge instrument image is on purpose or a css issue still.

Hopefully providing a resolution in either 1.3.6 or 1.4.0. We have determined reasons why forms may not be showing, but haven’t found a guaranteed solution yet. We are aware of it though.
