Submission was referred to as spam

it seems we get the error message related to “Submission was referred to as spam” only in Firefox and on Safari. This is a duplicate of an existing form and the only new thing is that we added the conditional fields.
Everything works fine in Chrome. But we did test the original form and it worked in Firefox and Safari.
