Submission was referred to as spam error

Hi
I have read allot of posts but i keep getting this error message when i fill out my form on my site:
There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.

https://www.picnmixdesigns.co.uk/how-to-order/The from address is: [email protected] I thought this would solve the issue but it doesn’t.
Im not sure what else I can do to solve this issue, can anyone help?
