    Hello, I’ve noticed that I received 2 submissions through the website but they’re not notifying me via email.. any support would be greatly appreciated (I’m a real novice)!

    I hope you’re well today and thank you for contacting us!

    Just to make sure: I understand that you do already have notifications configured in form’s “Email notifications” settings, right?

    If yes then:

    – have you checked if those messages are not landing in spam folder?
    – if they are not – are other notifications from site coming through just fine (e.g. are you receiving the new user registration or lost password e-mails) or are they missing as well? If you didn’t test that yet, could you do it, please?
