Submissions Not Coming In

  • hi there, I seem to be having some problems receiving incoming submissions. I have not modified anything to the core files. Upon submission it brings me to a thank you page but neither is the acknowledgement coming to my emails or in WP Link Library section.

    Can anyone please help me with this?

    Did you configure a thank you page using the field “Link Acknowledgement URL”? If so, you need to add the shortcode [link-library-addlinkcustommsg] inside of the thank you page. This is mentioned in the tooltip for that option.
