Submissions not saving to database

Hi,
I have the CFDB plugin installed to work with FS Contact Form, but submissions are no longer saving since the update.
The error messages I am getting are:
CFDB Error (date and time): CFDB Error: could not save uploaded file, field=file-upload, file= (link to plugins/si-contact-form/attachments/filename.jpg)
Any ideas?
