    hi

    I know I have submissions on 2 forms but i have not had an email notification and they aren’t showing on the dashboard either.

    Is it possible I have missed a set up step as the message set up to say that they had submitted came up as expected. the form does have photo uploads could this be the error due to file size.

    It is possible that the email notifications are not set up correctly or that there may be an issue with the file size of the photo uploads causing the submissions to not be processed properly.

    To troubleshoot this issue, you can check the following

    1. Check your email notification settings in Forminator to ensure that they are set up correctly and that the email address is entered correctly.
    2. Check the spam folder in your email account to see if the notifications are being sent there.
    3. Check the file size limits set for the photo uploads in Forminator to ensure that they are not too large for the submissions to be processed.
    4. Check the submissions tab in Forminator to see if the submissions are showing up there. If they are not, it could indicate an issue with the form processing.

    I have change the file upload settings to lower the file size and checked the email with nothing in the junk folder but there are no submissions showing on the dashboard at all. yet I know I submitted a test form myself from a different device and it showed the submitted message I added to the form.

    Do you know what the issue could be with the form processing?

    Thank you for the update.

    In case they are not showing up in the Forminator > Submissions, and Forminator is configured to save the data in the database: https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#data-storage it can indicate a caching issue.

    Can you try using the Ajax rendering and attempt a few submissions to confirm if you will get everything?

    Also, do you have any anti-spam plugins?

    If you have access to the database via PHPMyAdmin or a similar tool you can check the PREFIX_frmt_form_entry_meta to confirm if the data you submitted is not there.
