Submit a form only once per person

    Hi @creationy,

    Thanks for your inquiry.

    For some of our fields like name or email field, we have an option Allow only unique values, please enable this option while creating these fields and it’ll not allow users to submit the form with the same email or name.

    Does this make sense for you?
