Last week I purchased 2 extensions, installed them, then immediately discovered a blocking-bug and tried to report it. The “submit a ticket” button on your website is broken, resulting in an “UNPROCESSABLE ENTITY” error. There doesn’t appear to be any other way to contact the company. Last week I replied to the welcome-email I received to report the issue. No response. Is this a legit company or was I just scammed for unsupported software? I’ll create a new ticket for my issue–but this one is a huge trust-buster with new customers and makes WP Event Manager looks super-shady.

You should still try to fix your customer-facing ticket interface. As a new customer, it makes me feel like the company doesn’t care about the customer experience. I (now) know that’s not the case, but as a new customer who just bought plugins from you, it makes me wonder if I just got scammed and I’m sure that’s not the first impression you want your customers to have.

    Hi @jeffwkeller

This is a issue we are working on, and I have reverted over the support ticket to get this issue resolved at your end.

I am sorry You faced this issue, please be assure, you are not being scammed, and I will make sure the issue is resolved asap.

    Regards,
    Priya
