• Hello, I am having trouble with my website and I was wanting to raise a ticket with WordPress for help but I cannot find where this is.

I’m having two issues, I can’t find where to download plugins for my website. I’ve used WordPress before I know it usually is on the sidebar but this website I am working on now I have inherited from the previous owner and I can’t seem to navigate it the same way I’m used to.

I’m also having issued with a widget at the bottom of my homepage, I cannot find where to edit the opening hours and it’s causing a lot of problems with our customers.

Is anyone please able to help me with these issues?

    Thank you.

  • There is no support from www.ads-software.com through dedicated staff to handle any kind of ticket to help users. But there is the forum here in which you have already correctly written. Here normal users (like me) help other users (like you) – totally voluntary and therefore also in the form of topics and not as a ticket. You can read more about the forum here:

To your actual request: it seems to me that you have a wordpress user who does not have administrator rights. You need them to be able to install plugins. Probably for the same reason you do not see the desired editing option of the content. The easiest solution would be to contact the person who gave you access to the WordPress installation. He should make you an administrator.
