    Hello
    Loving the plugin. Perfect for our needs. But…I am getting some users submitting my forms multiple times because the submit button does not depress when you click it and the users think nithing has happened and click it again resulting in 2 entries.
    Is there anything we can do about this? Make the button image show as depressed, change its colour, or hide it immediately on click?

    Could you send me exactly the link to the webpage where the form is inserted, please? The behavior you are requesting was included in the official distribution of the plugin some time ago.

    There was no indication in the dashboard that there was a newer version. Nor did I get any email telling me about it. ‘Some time ago’ is not 1 week! Also, the changelog file in the link I just downloaded only goes up to v 1.0.223. I am not confident AT ALL in this upgrade process now. Even less so with the instructions to delete the plugin then reinstall from downloaded zip. I have done extensive form development and I cannot afford to lose my live forms. Your support has been great. Up to now. Now I have paid, it seems less good.

    And how can I tell from the downloaded zip file what version it is before I install it?
    Secondly, the FAQ says “be sure to make a backup copy of your current files if you have made custom modifications to the files or translations since the files will be overwritten.”
    All my forms have some sort of custom javascript in them. Will I lose all this?

    Are you sure it is not an issue with your browser’s cache? Could you delete it and test your form again, please?

    I’ve tested your form, just now, and has worked properly, I could submit the form only one time pressing the submit button multiple times (It was disabled when pressed), and I’ve received only one notification email.

    By the way, What browser are you using?

    Same issue with IE. Don’t have chrome installed. Will try Chrome on work PC tomorrow. Are we talking about different issues now? I am expecting to see an animation of a depressed button. I have not been testing whether it is possible to submit twice or not. The button image does not depress when clicked like this:
