Submit another response, google form plugin

Hi, I am using wpgform plugin to embed a google form. Upon clicking the submit button on the form, I am refreshing the page to have a new form showing up if the user would like to submit a new form again, but instead an empty page is showing up. I have a feeling it is saving the previous session and never refreshing. Do you know how to be able to have a “submit another response” functionality using the wpgform plugin please?
