    I try your plugin because it seems fit my requirement.

    I noticed when I submit a name in the form without any input in the fields (all text-fields are empty) is accepted, email notification sent and on admin side entry is blank.

    Is this my side issue or bug?

    The bug is confirmed, I will create a patch for this with ID WND-44

    Created a fix, confirmed it on my local dev environment, will tag it with version 1.7.13 and should be available soon
