Submit button does not work anymore

  • Hi everyone,

    For some reason the submit button disappeared from the subscription form of my website a couple of weeks ago. I updated the Ninjaforms extension, which brought back to existence the button but I’m afraid it still doesn’t lead anywhere.

    Any chance I could get some help on this issue? My NGO keeps losing potential members, it’s quite problematic as you can understand..

    As you’re a premium user, you should contact the Ninjaforms team for better assistance.

    By the way, it looks like you have set up to hide the Submit button until users check the “Cochez cette case pour accepter” box. It’s better to display the button by default, so that you can avoid any confusion or technical issue.

    I did contact the Ninjaforms team but they only replied once and now they seem to ignore all my messages … Is there any phone number where I could reach someone?

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
