Submit button does not work with Captcha enabled

    Looking to purchase PRO version but on the free plugin, the test form I created goes in a loop when completing the captcha math problem (it refreshes to the same page but never accepts the sign-up).

    If I disable captcha, it will accept the sign-up (of course I want to have captcha enabled…and when I tried reCAPTCHA invisible it returned a fatal error page).

    Side note – the accepted sign-up, when managing and hitting “clear” it returns an error page. The name gets removed but the slot does not reopen for a new person to sign-up.

    Thanks for reporting this. I will see if I can reproduce on my end. In the meantime, can you confirm what versions of WordPress and PHP you are running? You should be able to find your version of PHP by going into your WordPress admin under Tools > Site Health, then click the Info tab and then open the Server section.

    The second issue you reported should be resolved after updating to the latest version that was just released, version 2.2.0.1. Can you confirm if you have any issues clearing spots after updating?

    As for the reCAPTCHA issue, I haven’t been able to reproduce this just yet. Are you able to provide a link to a page where you are seeing this issue?

    The clearing issue was resolved with the plugin update. I sent you a message with link regarding the ability to test the reCAPTCHA issue. The update did resolve the math problem issue where only using that to restrict form submission initially resulted in a loop, now successfully accepted the signup.

    Just to update the forum… a fix for the reCAPTCHA issue will be released with the next update of the plugin (version 2.2.0.2). It should only be an issue with sites running on certain server setups (case sensitive file systems).

    Thank you for the prompt response and I can confirm the BETA test version did resolve the issue.

    Thank you for the quick support and resolution to the issue! Just purchased the PRO version because of the great customer service and the product looks like it will work great for our needs!
