submit button keeps loading

I have been using SpeakOut email petition for about two weeks, it was working fine up ’till this morning it stopped submitting when pressing the button…
it keeps loading but doesnt stop and doesn’t send an error msg… and doesn’t accept the new signature …
any help? or an alternative to this plug in???
