Submit button missing

First of all compliments for this plugin. Just the one I need!
I have two problems:
1. Where is the Submit-button in the end of the submit form?
Here is my submit page:

I use the weaver2 theme, is there any incompatibility?
Problem 2:
Where do I insert the joblisting-code? Actually how is the listing-code?Thank you in advance for your support!
