Submit Button Missing from Order Form / product out of sync

Hi, I’ve been trying to get the wp-chargify plugin working on a staging site and keep running into the issue of the order not having a submit button. Also, every time I enable a product, it shows as “Out of Sync”. I’ve tried regenerating and updating the api key for the syncing issue. Not sure why the button would be missing from the order form. Any help is appreciated, we’re trying to have our new chargify subscription process rolled out to production by this Friday.
