submit button not responding- ajax spinning forever

When submitting the form the ajax keeps on spinning forever and:
-No redirection to “thank you” page
-Information email get sent and is received if form complete but the page stays as it is and clients don’t know what’s happening
-If form is partially filled there is no email send and no message to say form incomplete
