Submit button not shown on mobile/tablet

  • Hi,

    I’m trying to add a contact form to my website, and Fast Secure Contact Form is the third one I’m trying, but there seems to be a problem with not showing the submit button when you look on a mobile phone or tablet (iPhone or iPad). You only see a blank box, but not the text Submit. Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

  • Hi, have you tested this issue using Android phones and or tablets? This would be important information to know. If you haven’t can you carry out a test?

    Hi, thanks for your quick reply. I’ve tried it on a Android tablet and the button shows the text Send or Submit (Verzenden in Dutch). So for now I think it’s only a problem on Apple devices.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply. I’ve tried it, so adding it to the theme style.css and also to the plugin style.css, of course separately, but both didn’t help. The button itself is visible and clickable, but it shows no text or colour. Strange thing is that I’ve tried 3 different contact plugins and the problem only occurs on a iPhone and iPad, so Safari on my Macbook shows the correct button. If you have an iPhone or iPad you can see it when you click on the following link: https://www.maeninteriors.nl/contact

    Hi, it could also be related to your theme. Can you test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Fifteen and or Twenty Sixteen?
