Submit Button Not Working

    Hello-
    I am hoping you can help me figure out why the submit button isn’t working. If I schedule an appointment myself in the back end of WordPress all the notifications emails go out as expected, however for some reason I can’t get the submit button to work from the actual page.

    Hi,

    Seems to be a jQuery conflict. Please change the “script load method” to “Direct” in the troubleshoot area of the plugin (located in the sidebar menu “General settings”).
