Submit Contact form doesn't work if I change permalink structure from default

Hello there,
Submit Contact form doesn’t work if I change permalink URL structure from default to custom.
The submit process icon rotates for ever.
I can’t make my URL seo friendly because of this plug-in.
I don’t know how to solve it. Please help!!
