    Hi

    I am having an issue with submitting form data. When I submit the form data, its submitting properly but submit button goes to red and says submit fail. But the data already sent. Please see the screenshot: https://prntscr.com/usm69l

    Please help. How to solve this issue

    please check if all is properly configured and every headfing is filled out.
