Submit fails, Mail is delivered

  • Hey!

    Generally I am very happy with the plugin, but I keep getting an error (“Submit failed”) when sending the form although the mail is delivered. What can I do?

    Console ouput:

    1. data: “Could not send the mail with the data to anybody.”
    2. success: false

    Hi,

    we tested the Form in your fronted of the provided link. To submit was working and displayed that the form will send.
    If there is still a problem, then it could be that you need to config your wp mail function. You can also test your form in the backend with the troubleshooting option of the plugin.
