Submit ignoring Captcha

Love the plugin, but had to disable it for one disappointing reason, it ignores Captcha plugins thus allowing bots to post.

Also, the lack of “formatting” buttons is disappointing. They could probably be added with a custom CSS, but the option should be built in.
