Submit Job Form Page Not Scrolling

    Hi,

    I hope that someone out there will be able to help me.

    My Submit Job Form Page has stopped scrolling, users cannot scroll up or down the page.

    Not with mouse wheel or even with the keyboard up and down arrow, the page is stuck at the top.

    Hopefully someone out there has solved the same problem and will be able to help me.

    Hi Greg,

    Have you ruled out theme/plugin conflict by disabling all other plugins except WP Job Manager and changing the theme to a default WordPress theme (e.g., Twenty Twenty)?

    Health Check is a tool that can be useful for debugging, though it requires an official default theme like Twenty Seventeen. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you while you’re logged in to that session without affecting normal visitors to your site.

    I have been in comms with Specia theme trying to solve this issue. After a month of investigation they say that it is not their theme, but your plugin that is causing the issue.
    please could someone at WP Job Manager assist me with this serious problem that I am experiencing.

    @rentadev just to confirm, were you able to do the conflict testing that Jay mentioned earlier in the thread? That will help determine whether your site’s theme or another plugin could be causing the issue.

    Hi @mdrockwell

    I did try the using other themes to troubleshoot the problem. The problem was gone when I used the default WordPress theme.

    I then took this info to Specia, who say that the issue is with WP Job manager and not there theme.

    I also have WP Resume manager running on this site and that section works perfectly.

    The only issue is with posting jobs on the front end. Please see video showing the problem- It is in my OneDrive, see link?Specia Issue.mp4.

    We haven’t had any other reports of this issue. As you noted, the problem was resolved when you tested with the default WordPress theme. This suggests the issue lies with the Specia theme and not the WP Job Manager plugin. We recommend reaching out to Specia again for further assistance.
