Submit not working any more (keeps loading)

  • Hello,
    I am working on a new website. I created some forms a few weeks ago. All was working fine at that time. Now, all my forms (old ones and new ones also) are not working any more. When I press the submit button, it changes to “Loading” and that’s all. The form does not submit.
    I checked within the Browser Console (I’m using Firefox) and, when the page loads, there is an error message there: TypeError: jQuery(…).guiform is not a function
    Can you please help?

    P.S. After some more testing… All the forms are saved in the database.

    If I remove all the notifications, the confirmation message appears.

    It seems that sending the mail is the problem… In “Mail setup” I have already configured a couple of weeks ago an email account (with SMTP). It was working fine at that time. Now, when i press the Send Test Mail button, a popup frame displays telling “ERROR”, but with no details. Any suggestions?

    I’m having the same issue submit button just keeps loading

    how did you guys fix this? i’ve got the same issue and i havent been able to solve it.

    Is there any update on this issue please? I’ve spent hours building the forms and they won’t submit. Button keeps spinning with the word ‘Loading’.
