Submit rating button hover color

  • The submit rating button appears in black color with black text, one has to hover over it to turn it into a more visible color. Is there a code that can help disable the hover effect and set a visible color?

    NB: the css to change the button color is only changing what appears after a user hovers on the button and not before.
