Submit Review – Text box instead of stars

Hi – I have an issue with the submit review form.

I have the “Review Scores Input” set to “Stars,” and I’ve had it this way for a long time. However it’s now just showing as a text box.

I can change it to select, which works right. If I change it to text, or change it back to stars, it still just shows a text box.

Can this be fixed?
