• Resolved Bogus Exception

    I think I need to repair/reminded the db…
I’ve noticed in 2 nf3 installs that f I go in with phpadmin/mural directly and delete test submissions & garbage, any time a subsequent form is “submitted”, it works fine on back end, but the submit button stays on “processing”.

I need to repair/reminded th tables, I’m sure, as it no doubt is written to search sequentially for next unused, etc.

I need this functionality for another reason. I have 2 nf3 forms on 2 multitude sites, and need to retire one, but retain history in new one.

This may mean is need repair even if I hadn’t manually deleted rows.

Forgot to add thanks to James & Dave.

My submit button stays on processing and does not collect the information. I haven no other plugins or caching installed. What could be the problem?

Is it the directory of my WP install?

There are number of reasons why a form may be stuck on processing on the front-end when a form is submitted.

    • admin-ajax.php may be blocked or throw an error
    • A javascript error is present on the page preventing the form from continuing
    • etc.

Unfortunately, many of these are difficult to diagnose for users through a public forum so we ask that you submit your support request to https://ninjaforms.com/contact so our team can assist you properly.

I did and they found out the problem right away. It wasn’t me (thank goodness!) but the server had permissions too tight… the server fixed it and now it works fine.

Such nice forms! I love not having to mess with the .css or .html to make it match the style of the page.
