    Hello

I have installed this plugin and created the menus according to your preset pages Submit-ticket, my-tickets, ticket-submit.

    1) as a logged in user clicking on submit a ticket (submit-ticket page) the page comes up with this message “This page is generated by your support desk theme” and I have no abilities to create a ticket.

    2) in the (ticket-submit page) I get this message “It looks like nothing was found at this location. Maybe try a search?” with a searchbox there.

3)The my-tickets page works fine allowing users to register and login which then says you haven’t got any tickets created yet with the link to create on which then leads to the (1) described issue.

    Can You help please?

I have created a dummy account for you to look at the issue if you wish.

    Hi:

The message “This page is generated by your support desk theme” is not an Awesome Support message – that seems to be a message created by your theme (though it could also be caused by another plugin)

The same issue applies to item 2 on your list.

I would recommend switching your theme to a basic WordPress theme like 2015/16/17 and try testing again to see what happens.

    Thanks.
