    I have two issues with the plugin:
    1 – when I try to fill the form-fields I cannot type the text in it. Often just 1 or 2 characters and then I have to put the cursor in the field again an click it. Then I can fill the field again.
    2 – When I fill in the text fields and submit, The small wheel will turn but nothing happens. The form will not be submitted. The same happens when I try to agree on a new submitted form in the backend of the plugin.

    Hello.
    Probably this issue, because of some conflict with other your active plugin or actual theme.
    Please try to deactivate one by one all other active plugins and then retest it. If its not help, please try to deactivate the actual theme and active the default wordpress theme and then retest. Need to find the reason of this issue.
