[submit_resume_form] on resume manager posting not working

I am getting the error in the shortcode –

Please help us. How can we fix it?

Out of date theme and/or plugin.

Could you please update it then because i have the newest WordPress – the newest version of the plugin and everything updated to the latest version and it is still not working.

I am so sorry the theme i bought had everything setup for it but had it not installed ?? sorry i have bought the developer license now.
