Submit/Save button disappeared for contributors

Hi, I love this plugin! Great job.

Since installing it, the contributors cannot see any sort of Save button

These are the functions I have enabled:
Calendar
Custom Statuses
Notifications
Editorial Comments

I haven’t touched the settings of those functions
