Submitted form doesn’t give feedback

  • Hello, I don’t know why, but the widget doesn’t work anymore.
    When I submit the form, all the fields turn empty and no confirmation message appears.
    The record is created in the Mailchimp list, but the user thinks there is a problem and keeps trying again and again.
    Plugin version 1.5.7 on WordPress 4.8.1

    Thanks for the post! I’m sorry to hear that you’re having some trouble with the plugin. I’ll be happy to take a look and see what’s going on here. To get started, could you please reply back here with a link to your page where the signup form is hosted? Also, if you could provide us with a list of other plugins installed on that site that perform similar functions that would be great as well. Sometimes these can cause conflicts.
